Learners at the center.

A socially-just, learner-centered future for education.

We are committed to the creation of a racially just and equitable world where every child is loved, honored, and supported such that their boundless potential
is unleashed. We offer our vision as a beacon for all those dedicated to transforming education for every single child in America.

Learning Lab Orientation

Transformation is hard work. It requires honesty and bravery from each of us, and the support and commitment of fellow leaders to celebrate our successes, identify where we can go next, and push each others’ thinking. That’s why we created the Learning Lab Orientation—a relational, seven session virtual course designed for learner-centered practitioners working in youth development, K-12 education, or homeschooling.

A new future of learning is emerging—one that celebrates the wonder, creativity, and endless imagination in every child.

Meet some people leading the way.

Across the country in rural, urban, and suburban spaces, transformational leaders are innovating with new ways of learning that put the learner at the center. Unified by curiosity, creativity, and boldness, growing numbers of intrepid innovators are creating learning environments that adapt and adjust to meet the needs of each and every child.
